Paul suggested I have an inspection and if I did not need the fuel pump, (as was suspected), I would not be charged for it. Graham was very prompt, and I don’t ever remember having a service person that was as nice, polite, considerate, and knowledgeable! I did not need the fuel pump, and the charges were adjusted to reflect only the inspection. The whole experience was surprising and I will definitely call again and will absolutely recommend Graham.
