I was very pleased with Cognac and my overall experience with Your Mechanic as a whole. Cognac was very knowledgeable about and efficient at the work performed. There was rain during the originally scheduled appointment time and both Your Mechanic customer service and Cognac worked very easily with me to reschedule for a different time that day to still be able to perform the work but avoid the weather. I found Cognac to be honest and able to explain what he was doing clearly as well. He even saved me money off the original quote as I had asked for a redundant part that was unnecessary and Cognac purchased what was correct instead. I will definitely be using Cognac for future services needed for my vehicle.
