We were very blessed to have Clarissa as our mechanic. She was everything that I would have hoped for in a professional that would service our vehicle. She was early, kind, and knew her stuff! She answered all of my questions and was never bothered with the interruptions of our family. Clarissa was great with our kiddos. She also went the extra (two!) miles when things out of her control took longer than expected, all with a great attitude. We hope to see her again, even outside of fixing our cars! We will certainly request Clarissa for any future automotive work on our vehicles.

Clarissa was honest, knowledgeable and hard working. She even came in early which worked out. My steering wheel is so much smoother now and my battery light no longer comes on since the alternator was replaced. She even stayed to “bleed the engine” and made sure everything was OK before she left. So convenient and happy with the result. Thank you.

Leslie was wonderful! It was my first time using this service. My car wouldn't start and a couple local places with mechanics were booked till August and didn't even quote me after emailing and calling when I had to move out of my place by the end of July. Very professional and came in early! Expected time to replace a starter is 2-4 hours, and he did it in 2. He'll be the first person I recommend to my partner and friends.

I have to give three stars, because he arrived at 12:40pm for a 9:00am appointment. The service was fast and he went over everything with me. Let me know what the timing chain will sound like if it goes. Mustapha was pleasant and nice.
