fantastic - i had 2 prior companies try to find and fix the wipers. Mavis had the car 8 hrs and said it was not the wiper motor or the linkage and i should take it to a dealer. Took to dealer and they said it WAS the motor or the linkage or both.. I bought a used wiper motor and hired Your Mechanic to install. Clarissa ( the mechanic) is excellent went beyond as the 1 wiper arm would not come off she got her hands into the tight space and was able to replace the part. The same repair at the dealership would have cost $1500.00 to $2000.00. THANKS so much to Clarissa!!

On another note, your site freezes up for no reason - often! Now, on the good stuff! Pete was amazing and went above and beyond in accomplishing the mission here! His level of dedication has renewed my faith in "Your Mechanic"! I attempted to do this job a couple of years ago and ran into several issues including: - no shows - no calls or contact after conformation was made - poor customer service Because this project has no timeframe for completion, I wasn't in a hurry to make it happen. Subsequently, I decided to give the company another shot. We got Pete and he is great! Desmond was on time (punctual) and polite. He was completely professional at what he does. I only had a diagnosis or inspection done but he did everything right. Highly recommend him if you choose YourMechanic.com!! On another note I wasn't completely satisfied with the outrageous prices the company charges to do repairs even if they are simple spark plug jobs but that is not Desmond's fault. Highly recommend getting a second opinion first from another certified work shop before using this company. Other than that Desmond was great!!
