Russell is very knowledgeable, skilled and thorough. He went above and beyond during the visit. Not only did he clear the checklight, he also provided a meticulous engine inspection along with friendly recomnendations for upcoming engine needs. In fact, when the problem later returned, Russell gave prompt and expert guidance to help resolve it. I would highly recommend Russell for your service needs.

Richard was on time and very knowledgeable. He explained everything that he was doing and he cleaned off all the corrosion has the result of having a battery that was leaking. He cleaned everything under the hood which looks like its new. Richards work ethics is off the chart. This was my first time using this type of service and Richard made it a pleasant experience. I will definitely use Richard again to work on my car. All I can say is job well done.

by Jay from Union City, CA 94587

Richard is very professional and his service is top notch. He goes above and beyond to solve the problem for you. I had my battery terminal replaced since it was heavily corroded. Richard not only replaced the part easily, but also helped me cleaned all the corrosion, replaced the battery and even painted a part where it was damaged by battery acid. I would highly recommend him.

Brake Pads

by Terry from Antioch, CA 94509

Alex, arrived on time and without hesitation got right to work. I had my brakes done so it is too early to determine if he did a good job. All signs lead to he did do a good job but with brakes I need to drive the car more to determine how well his work went.

by Andrew from Alameda, CA 94501

Arrived within the specified timeframe, determined course of action and explained future needs for the vehicle.

Leo was AWESOME. You've got a great guy on your team. I wasn't there in person while he worked on my car (he met my sister), and he was available afterward via texting and a phone call to answer some troubleshooting problems for me. He is trustworthy, friendly, personable. He noted a few minor things in his report and shared more with me in great detail over the phone. He is a wonderful mechanic, consider giving him a raise!

Paint in a really bad state, can it be fixed?

Answered by Derek
The windshield issue in your car is common enough for many owners to make the same comment. While Nissan does not currently offer any bulletins or recalls about the issue, nor is there any known cause, it is recommended to...
Too many vibrations when i’m driving on the road
Answered by Michael
Since you've noticed there have been vibrations with the continuously variable transmission (CVT) since you got it serviced, were there any other services performed at that time such as new tire installation or wheel rotation/balancing? If the wheels were balanced,...
Lots of rust on a newish car, what happened?
Answered by Derek
Unfortunately, there is no stop to rust. It happens to all cars that are regularly exposed to the elements, but some parts of the country are worse than others. But don’t worry, Nissan is aware of the issue and has...
