Tenacious, knowledge, ambitious, and thorough. He made quick work of my inspection to identify a noisy component and did thorough research to determine replacement part availability, and provided excellent follow up and other recommendations. This man will not leave you hanging. Sort of reminds me of a cross between Bruce Willis and Jason Stratham. The Die Hard Transporter. He definitely delivers.

Very friendly, kind, polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Definitely family oriented and very easily explains what he's doing while he's doing it; very much like a teacher or mentor. Very thorough, and conscientious in his work with critical attention to detail. Provided ecellent cost effective recommendations and estimates, and highly professional follow-through. He was a little bit behind before he got to me, and he did go over the expected time window just as bit; but quite frankly I think I speaks more for his desire to do things correctly and thoroughly instead of rushing through. It's how I would work on my car. And I think that's the point. He definitely gets it. Quality over quantity.

Greetings! Thank you for writing in about this problem. The welds on the seat brackets may have broken. This seems to be a common problem in this generation of Forester. A professional mechanic from YourMechanic can diagnose what failed (https://www.yourmechanic.com/book/?mktg_jid=391)...
Lots of noise on startup, car isn’t a morning person
