Very friendly, kind, polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Definitely family oriented and very easily explains what he's doing while he's doing it; very much like a teacher or mentor. Very thorough, and conscientious in his work with critical attention to detail. Provided ecellent cost effective recommendations and estimates, and highly professional follow-through. He was a little bit behind before he got to me, and he did go over the expected time window just as bit; but quite frankly I think I speaks more for his desire to do things correctly and thoroughly instead of rushing through. It's how I would work on my car. And I think that's the point. He definitely gets it. Quality over quantity.

Tenacious, knowledge, ambitious, and thorough.
