Joshua did a superb job, "phenomenal",...I can't say enough good things about Joshua and his service. His knowledge about all makes of vehicles is impressive. He truly seemed to care about my vehicle and providing quality service. He definitely went the extra mile explaining every detail and then, saved me a ton by knowing what he was doing, and not trying to up sell me on products. As a single mom who works full time, I really appreciate his honesty. I think this is the first time I have not been 'ripped off' by a dealer or auto shop in ages. THANK YOU Joshua!!!
