Is it illegal to drive without a hood on my car. I live in Atlanta Georgia 30349 I would love to show off my engine bay and prevent overheating issue from my turbo

I would recommend checking with your local municipality on this one. Calling the non-emergency police number and asking them would either get you the answer you need or lead you to the person who can answer your question.
