Q: I have a 2004 honda pilot and I was wondering if I could use one of the newer key fobs that are for the 2005/2006 pilots on my car

asked by on February 03, 2018

I have a 2004 Honda pilot. I have the original key fob for it (the remote and the key separate), but I was wondering if I could get a key fob that's meant for a 2005 pilot to use with my car. The newer key fobs are just all in one key + unlock/lock and I would prefer to have that key fob over the one I have now (unlock/lock key fob and then the actual car key separate from the key fob).
My car has an automatic transmission.
