How do I skip an MP3 or WMA folder?

When listening to an MP3 or WMA disc, you can easily skip folders. Skip to the next folder by pressing the Up or Right button (depending on your model) and holding it for less than 1.5 seconds, or skip to the previous folder by pressing the Down or Left button and holding it for less than 1.5 seconds.
