Q: car stutters stalls out but starts back right away. Had radiator replaced few hours before issues happend. could that be the cause

I got my radiator replaced because original one was leaking. After a few hours after getting replacement was done, My car started to stutter while accelerating around 40 MPH then it threw a CEL and eventually it would stall. Car starts right back up fine. I notice that the problems don't occur into after 15-20 mins of driving.

My car has 150000 miles.
