This was my first experience with Your Mechanic. Eric was able to come earlier for our appointment which was replacing my harmonic balancer. He was awesome. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I was nervous since I had never used this type of service before and the price quoted for my job seemed almost too good to be true. However, he was quite courteous and answered all my questions as well as not minding me staying with him while he worked. If I need mechanical work again, I will definitely request him.
