Very honest, suggested the right kind of repair, completed service within allotted time, explained all questions very clearly, took efforts to identify other secondary problems that existed and suggested solutions. Made multiple trips until the problem was solved and I was satisfied. Very responsible, just handed over my car keys and he took care of the rest.

Jordan showed up at exactly the time of our appt...he did call and say he was available to come early but I was at work. It was extremely cold out but he did not complain was pleasant friendly and a great conversationalist. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and over all was fantastic!!
