On-time, diagnosed the problem and had car running in 30 mins. Simple starter relay/plug switch and replacement. Not a huge starter/alternator issue like I thought. Fantastic demeanor, friendly, great at explaining, professional, helped save me $ by showing me what small replacement part to buy and how to do it myself. Really appreciate all his help. Highly recommend, will ask for Braxton next time. If you’re unsure about mobile service like this (like I was) no need. Major saver with no tow, shop overhead and an honest mechanic. Also took time to teach me other things about my car which were super easy and useful. Great job and thanks!
