If I could, I would route all service requests on this site to go to Melvin. Not to undermine other engineers out there, but it's just an attempt to show my appreciation towards Melvin for the work he had done on my car and the way he went about doinv it. Not only did he do an awesome job of fixing my car, he also made sure he explained all the things he was doing in the process of fixing my car, which I felt was totally different from how a typical mechanic would go about his job. He's a warm and friendly person, and goes above and beyond to help us with the issues we have with the car. He's totally passionate about his job and is a perfectionist at what he does. Totally recommend him to anyone who is looking to book his time. P S - This is the first time I'm writing an online review. I wanted to make sure I shared my experience with others.
