Jeffery was running late due to bad weather but kept me updated on his progress and i could watch his progress getting to my home on the web site. i requested that he let me know when he was close to my house due to my dogs and he did so. Very pleased with his effort and knowledge of vehicles. i will use him again as necessary and would recommend him to friends.

Jeffery was actually early for my appointment, which i had had to reschedule and he was very understanding of the reason for my reschedule and i appreciated him getting to my home earlier than scheduled. Jeffery was very knowledgeable about my repair work and preformed the work promptly. his inspection and evaluation of my car was also helpful since it has some miles on it. Great effort.

Answered by Andrew
It sounds like you have an overheating issue. Some vehicles will shut off automatically if the engine reaches too high of a temperature. I would first recommend having a cooling system pressure test performed on the vehicle to make sure...
