Jerome did a great job and arrived right on time. He completed the work in a timely manner and was very courteous and professional. He replaced an alternator in my Volvo S60 and it is now running great.

Jerome was excellent. He arrived on time and started his inspection of the right away. Before starting the inspection, he asked questions about how the car was behaving then began to systematically check for the root cause(s( of the problem. Once he identified the problems, he explained the likely causes and what needed to be done to fix them. He finished on time, made recommendations, and provided me with cost estimates for the needed repairs. Jerome was very pleasant and knowledgeable which assured me that my car was being properly inspected and the results would be accurate.

Keys won't turn ignition past position 1.
