Anthony showed up early and didn't rush the inspection. He told me the truth about what needed to be done and approximately how much it would cost as well as his opinion about the value of each repair vs the value of the vehicle. He listened to my concerns and tried to address them appropriately. I appreciate his work and trust his input. I am happy to see that my first experience with YourMechanic was an extremely pleasant one and I will be returning in the future as well as recommending them to my friends - all because of Anthony's work ethic, candor, and class.

I'm impressed! Anthony was polite and professional. An oil change has really never been a pleasant experience until today. I watched football and Anthony serviced my Subaru. He was quick, thorough, and very neat. Jiffy Lube has lost a customer for good! Keep up the great work. Anthony is the best!

This was my first experience with YourMechanic and it was definitely better then going to a local shop. He was clean, honest and was very knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend Anthony and YourMechanic to my friends, family and coworkers!

Anthony called before hand and let me know he was on his way. He arrived 10 min early, I was happy about that. He took his time and explained what he was doing and showed me my brakes are close to being due. Very friendly and overall grate experance for me. I will be using this company again and requesting Anthony Welborn.

I received fantastic service yesterday from Anthony. I needed to have a pre-purchase inspection conducted on a car that I wanted to buy off of Craigslist. Anthony called to let me know when he was leaving his area on his way to the appointment, also arrived on site early, and took his time being very meticulous during the inspection. He surveyed the car top to bottom, showing me things to look out for and offering advice and tips throughout the duration of the appointment. As a brand new driver, and first time car purchaser, I am very grateful to have had Anthony there with me at this inspection. I am on my way to purchase the car he inspected for me tonight, and if I ever need any service for that car, I’m going to use YouMechaic.com again, and hopefully, they’ll send me Anthony. He is incredibly knowledgeable and has a very cool and down to earth personality- great service! Also- as we were test driving the car at the end of the inspection, we were pulled over, with Anthony at the wheel. Long story short we got out of it (the car had expired tags- the seller’s fault, not ours!) but at the end of the day, this guy provides stellar service and nearly even went to jail for me…all in the name of a top-notch pre-purchase inspection! It doesn’t get any more awesome than that, people!

YourMechanic is Great! I will certainly use them again. I needed my 75,000 mile tune up and started looking online for prices from local mechanics and dealers. I was in town for work and haven't used a mechanic here in over a decade. I have never used YourMechanic before and decided to go with the services because of price, availability and outside reviews. I have been scammed before from not only local oil and lube shops but my dealer as well. ( I finally started dating a mechanic to get better prices and service! ) I had had some trouble with the website booking an appointment and called in. The gentleman who took my call made it very easy and honored the discount code I had attempted to use but had expired (time sensitive) because I was unable to secure an appointment due to their website malfunctioning. Anthony called me the day before to confirm the appointment and asked if there was anything else I needed. He was courteous and professional. He showed up the next day 15 mins early and got right to work. He explained everything as he went along and pointed out where I needed some minor fixes. He left my garage clean, refilled my washer fluids (not on the service) and even filled up my tires with air because he noticed they were a little low. At the end I signed the receipt through his mobile device which then sent me an email receipt. confirmation right away. Very impressive. No paperwork. For an earth conscious Berkeley girl, that was nice to see.

Anthony was great, he called before he came, he was perfectly on time, and he was efficient with the service. Yourmechanic.com is the answer to women car owners and mechanical problems if you know what I mean. They are so helpful!

Anthony was late, but it was not his fault. What was amazing was my daughter needed her car to go pick up the children she nanny's for. Instead of one hour Anthony had 15 minutes. According to my daughter, he smiled said something like "ok, racing pit stop mode" and completed the job in time for my daughter to get across town and pick up the children. Awesome work and really appreciate his stepping up to a monumental task and making it all work out.
