He was a very personable young man that took the time to explain to our satisfaction all of the questions we had about the repair. Tim did an excellent job! He went above and beyond what most people do as a mechanic as I have experienced. He was on time, and in fact he was actually early!! I seriously plan on going through this service again!! He was very informative and answered all of our questions with ease! Was nice, and friendly! The work was done fast and without any problems!
