Perfect experience from start to finish. Arrived 2 minutes early, explained what work he would perform. Took car for test drive to verify results. Left garage floor spotless. We can't remember the last time a dealership mechanic actually test drove one of our cars after servicing, this was by far one of the best repair experiences of our lives. Great job, Shaun.
