He did an excellent job. There was a parts mix up that was not his fault, but he let me know with plenty of notice and showed up on time with the new time table that he gave. He noticed some other problems with my vehicle and pointed them out. He even took the time to get the parts for the new job and complete the work the same day. Would recommend.

Will was great, very professional and open with communication. He did not arrive on time however but it was out of his control. The customer before us held him up on a fault of his own and did not have the necessary part that Will needed to work on his car. So in turn it caused Will to be 2 hours late. We ended up being very hard pressed for time and my wife was not able to have him to the tire rotation. For the future it would be in the better interest of your clients if there is a set clause or statement when booking appointments that says "if you are not prepared when the mechanic arrives, your mechanic will pass on to the next customer and you will have to reschedule accordingly".

I generally try to do my own repairs but just wasn't feeling like dabbling with the distributor. I need my car sell-able and don't have time or money to mess around. I got the chance to learn a few things about why my car was behaving badly - one car guy to another, I appreciate that a lot. Overall, Dayne was very easy-going and polite. Got things done fast and efficiently. He had enough tools to cover what I would imagine to be almost any job. I definitely would call him out again if I needed assistance on another repair.
