I was very pleased with Clifton, his manner and professionalism. He replaced my fuel sensor and everything is working well. He also showed concern for other questions I had regarding my 2001 Buick. My fan motor was making a roaring noise and I was thinking of replacing my fan motor. He found that the cabin air filter and cover were missing and leaves and debris had entered the intake air opening under the hood. After using my shop vac to remove the air obstruction everything worked like new.
This is my first experience with Yourmechanic.com and it definitely will not be my last and I am passing my message of upmost satisfaction on to my family and friends.
Clifton was polite and professional. I requested an oil change and new brake pads. While there, he found the pads did not need to be replaced. Instead, he cleaned the pads that were already on the car and eliminated the squeaking. He also found the source of some noise I was hearing and made recommendations on how to fix. He then made time in his schedule on Monday to fix the other items he found and worked with me to choose the most important items that needed to be fixed now, vs. those that could wait until later. I am grateful Clifton was only willing to do the work needed on my car and look forward to working with him again in the future.
Curtis was prompt for the appointment. He was also courteous and professional. He thoroughly examined the window problem, and he identified a second part that required replacement. He was able to repair the window and we are happy with the results. We would definitely request him again, if we require future work on the Mercury. Thank you!
