Chris is very professional, and super friendly. He explained to me how I can do the follow-up checks after the repair, and answered my questions patiently, and probably more than once. I have a long list of expensive repairs from the dealership that requires "immediate attention", Chris checked my car and told me which ones are truly urgent, which ones are not. I know little about cars, but the interaction with Chris makes me feel comfortable. I know I can trust Chris, and my car would be in good hands.

Duc is the best mechanic I ever met. He solved the issue that I was having with my car for 3 years. He is the only one who could properly diagnose the problem, explained it to me with demo of the symptoms and gave me great suggestions on how to overcome it.
