I highly recommend Lee. He was timely, knowledgeable, and courteous. After everything was said and done, I feel like I got a really fair deal. The service was break pads, but he also noted that I needed one rotor. He installed the rotor without adding on any additional charge. I also had to make an extra run to the parts shop, and didn't get up-charged for the extra time. The quality of service was excellent. We did a test ride on the breaks afterwards and everything was smooth.

Showed up early. Was able to identify the problem (outside normal parameters) that it was a battery issue not the starter. Only bad thing was the part (battery) cost more than a starter. I'm back on the road. Will definitely use Your Mechanic again. Chris was awesome. Thanks Chris.

Jason arrived on the schedule date and time. Even though it was a very hot day in Oklahoma summer, he still wanted to do the work as scheduled. He did all the work very cleanly with no mess to deal with after was gone. He was knowledgeable about the work.
