Abraham was later than scheduled, but he did call to tell me about his delay with getting my part instead of just leaving me to wonder if he was going to show up. Job was done quickly, professionally, and he also pointed out a few other things that I should be thinking about fixing (some that he couldn't do like tires, so I didn't feel that it was just a sales job). It was eeally nice just to be able to relax at my home and get some chores done rather than waiting at the auto shop (or having to drop my car off and pick it up later, etc).
