This is our second experience with Your Mechanic and Rigoberto. Great service replacing our serpentine belt on this visit and a rear brake job on our first visit. Both projects went like clockwork, starting on time, smoothly doing the repair and finishing with time to spare. Having a knowledgeable mechanic come to us is a new experience and pretty cool. No worries about waiting at a dealer or getting a ride to and from a shop. And Rigoberto knows his stuff. I am quickly becoming a convert in this new way to maintain my vehicles.

Rigoberto knows his stuff. He has years of experience servicing all sorts of makes and models of vehicles. No way I could have done the job myself since the nut holding the battery wire on the alternator had fused when the alternator failed. He had just the right tools to break that sucker free and saved me the cussing and time. Very knowledgeable and personable. I hate to highly recommend him because he is already in high demand and tough to get on the calendar.. But if you need trustworthy service, see if you can get him on your schedule.

Great communication and very knowledgeable. Jay did a ppi on the vehicle I was about to purchase, he put together a great report for me to review and called me to go over his findings. I had him come back a few days later for an oil change and a brake flush to prepare the car for its road trip back to my home state. Highly recommend him.

Graham arrived on time Sunday morning. Didn't need to install new battery cables. Explained to me that cables were fine, just required a good cleaning around the terminals. Suggested that I use a cable cleaner and sealer to keep cables clean. Installed new battery, car started on first attempt. Graham was friendly & professional. Will use his services again when needed.
