Before he starts his job, he diagnoses the vehicle for any potential issues other than the ones I have identified already, to make sure he can save time and money for me. Highly recommend Brock. He arrived a few minutes early for my scheduled appointment to get situated. We went over the condition of my vehicle and the work that needed to be performed before he started. This ensured that we were both on the same page. He was able to replace the starter in a short amount of time and while addressing any questions I had. Your Mechanic is lucky to have someone like Brock and I would use him again for other services.

i know nothing about cars and he was very patient and took his time explaining things in a way i could understand. he also asked me what i wanted to do after he made his assessment and took in my in put and my needs and considerations with my vehicle, and discussed in detail what and why of things so i totatly understood my options and make my own decisions instead of just deciding for himself and telling me what he was going to do.
