What is the throttle valve cable all about?

The throttle valve cable is a key component of a transmission system. Lukas did a great job replacing the engine mounts on our van. While working on the job he let us know that one of the engine mounts did not need to be replaced, and he also finished the job earlier than expected; our final bill ended up being $200 less than the original quote.
