Joseph is one of the most professional mechanic I have worked with. He did a complete brake service - Pads and Rotors (Front and Rear), brake fluid flush. He was very meticulous in the way he inspected the vehicle and recommended only the service I would need to do at the time. My Honda dealership service advisor said I need a power steering fluid flush service done and said the fluid looked dark brown. I was so glad I did not opt in to do that service at dealership because Joseph inspected and told me I had an electric power steering and there is no hydraulic fluid in the steering. I was so mad at my Honda dealership service advisor for conning me in to paying for something that does not exist. In addition to doing the brake service, Joseph also gave me a detailed explanation of how the parts worked and why they needed to be replaced. I basically left the car with Joseph for around 4 hours and came back to see my car was ready to ride. The brakes are smooth and feel exactly like when I bought the car brand new. It was 100% hassle free experience with him and he earned a lifetime customer. I highly recommend Joseph Russo for all your mechanic requirements.
