My car broke down on the side of the road and I didn't have time to deal with it myself. I had it towed to my house and found the your website and decided to give them a try. Theodore did a great job replacing the alternator on my 2006 Honda Odyssey. He clearly knows what he is doing, was professional and willing to explain what he was doing and worked beyond the time allotted for the job to see it completed. He honored the price that the website quoted me at even though it took him longer to complete it than quoted (the site misquoted how long it would take for the job). I will definitely use this service again and would happily have Theodore work on my vehicles.

Casey was professional, friendly & competent. He explained the entire process and described what he was doing throughout the service. He would've probably finished quicker if I hadn't been chatting with him the whole time. Would recommend again.

All about Alternator Repair

The alternator is the component that charges the battery in your car. When you use electrical components in your car (stereo, lights, etc.), the battery loses power. The alternator recharges the battery, replenishing the lost battery power. The alternator is located in the engine compartment. If the alternator is not working properly, your car will only stay running for as long as the battery has power stored. Once the battery loses power, your car will not start. Normally, a malfunctioning alternator will turn on the battery warning light or will have a low volt gauge reading.
