Patrick is always professional with dress and manners. Gets right to work and knows what he is doing and explains what he is doing so you understand what is being done to your car. He found an ongoing problem with my car previously that two other mechanics could not find. He is working on my car again next week.

Great experience. I had ordered the wrong part originally (the Buick engine is crazy, what I thought was the front was actually the side. Go figure. That's why my battery is under the passenger seat in the back.) Anyway, Ben rescheduled the appt and he called me to let me know that he had the correct parts. He showed up on time (a little early) at my work-site. He is very professional and took the time to show me the malfunctioned parts. The quote was perfect. I had checked at a couple of garages beforehand and the price was a couple of hundred higher. I need a couple of other things done and will defiantly be scheduling with Ben again!!

All about Ignition Cable (Spark plug wires) Replacement

The ignition cables, also known as “spark plug wires” are part of the ignition system. They transfer the spark from the distributor or ignition coil to spark plugs that ignite the air-fuel mixture, starting the engine. Over time, the cables can get weak and break down. This will make it harder for the spark to reach the engine cylinders, resulting in engine misfires. The car may not start at all. If one of the spark plugs has gone bad, the car will still start and run, but it will run poorly.
