Jay was amazing, extremely knowledgeable, courteous, kind and gave us all of the information we need to get the car fixed. A little disappointed that there was no service to be offered to us to get the car fixed so we do feel like we now have to start over from square one but overall, Jay was definitely amazing and we highly recommend him.
