I've had good service with Chuck before, but this time he installed the starter as requested, but when I went to drive the car it will not go into gear. He obviously did not do a 50-point inspection before he left or drove the car. The car is not showing any error or warning lights on the dash. I will probably have to have the car towed into a shop now. It would have been nice to have been told that it would not go into gear and at least have a diag run on the car...
