TJ is great! Prompt and very pleasant to deal with. My truck needed an outer tie rod and I found YourMechanic online. Booked an appointment and found out TJ was my tech. I received a text a little while before my appointment from TJ stating he was on his way. I went out and spoke with him briefly about the issues and he said he would get started. Changing the tie rod was a breeze for TJ and he also inspected the truck. I highly recommend TJ!
