First time using the service. Tyler arrived on time (actually early) and got to work immediately. He explained everything and completed the work within the estimated time frame. He then again explained the completed work and let me know what routine services were coming due. He also told me what was in good shape. I didn't feel like I was being "upsold", just informed. He did a great job and I am quite pleased that I choose this company to do business with, and that I got Tyler as my mechanic today.
