Pierre is the absolute man; I received a diagnostic from Firestone in Quincy and they advised me to change my bushings as well as my struts. Pierre was professional throughout the entire process, even contacting me for a concern about the replacement parts. Pierre thoroughly explained what needed fixing (bushings looked perfectly fine) and inspected my car completely; he even changed the cost of the service without me asking!! Absolutely outstanding service; Pierre saved me over $400 and set an extremely high bar for mechanics, I hope that he will be my go-to mechanic from now on. Book this man immediately if you need service.
