Kinder is absolutely amazing. Unfortunately in Atlanta it’s hard to find a nice trustworthy mechanic. However,Kinder is very honest and doesn’t try to get you to purchase services that are unnecessary. He communicates very well and goes above and beyond when fixing cars. I highly recommend kinder. He’s an awesome mechanic!!
He changed out the starter relay apparently without determining the actual problem on the basis of my description of intermittent starter issues, which had generated a quote. He didn't discuss the problem with me or offer a diagnostic service. When he was done, I asked if it was the starter relay and he simply said yes. The problem is not fixed.
