Alex did a great job on my repair and was very knowledgeable.
Excellent experience again with Peter servicing my 2008 Nissan Altima, this time for replacing the air conditioning compressor that had recently failed. He arrived early for the appointment and completed all work well within the indicated window of time, which is remarkable given the nature of the work being done.
Tien to the rescue! It should serve as a special mark of distinction that Tien had the tough task to make up for a long string of problems with the app platform and infrastructure, previous service visit by someone else, as well as a misbehaving replacement part. Tall order! He sorted everything out, cost factor came under control, and the car finally works again! Tien did a lot more than simply repair a car well - he diagnosed more precisely, saving cost, and restored my faith. I thought I might have to continue to run interference, based on snags with the backend before, but he had everything covered right away, nothing to worry about. All got resolves perfectly. I will insist on Tien for any future visit. Trust is everything!
