On time, professional and friendly
On June 22nd Roger did check the problem and the clunking wasn't up front. He offered to fix the problem on his own time for a lot less money. I shouldn't have taken him up on his offer but being a 79yr. old female on a fixed income I did. I have paperwork on what he did and what he charged me. At first he said it was $260.00 so I wrote him a check for that amount, then he said he made a mistake it should have been $270.00 so he accepted $10. in cash. Imagine the shock when I checked my bank statement and saw that he had altered the check to $860.00. I not only have I been having to wait for the bank to pay me back I have already reported this to the Commerce City, Co. Police Dept. I apologize for not letting you know sooner. Sincerely, Clara N.
