I have a couple jobs done by your mechanic, typically I am satisfied. Unfortunately this is the 2nd time Noe has come to work on my car and I will NEVER book with him again. The first time was a simple job, but the fact that he left some garbage after he left under the hood of my car put a bad taste in my mouth. This time he came and couldn't do the job that was booked ( after I called your mechanic and spoke to someone in regards to what job needed to be done most urgent). Him not being able to the job wasn't as frustrating ( as I understand him not wanting to do the wrong job). What I don't appreciate is the manner in which he spoke to me. He made me feel like I was stupid, then to add insult to injury he quoted me 3 times the amount of the job booked and acted as if I wasted his time. I'm not a mechanic, I did not just pull these jobs to be done out of a hat, the fact that he made me feel this way is enough for me to say that I don't ever want to book with him. If Theodore isn't available I will take my business else where and pay the extra money just to not be made to feel like an idiot. I am totally frustrated
