Jeffrey did a great job. He was on-time, communicated when he was coming and finished everything up in a timely manner. Will definitely use him again!
I made the first appointment of the day for 9 to 10AM arrival time. David arrived at 11:45AM,no phone calls what so ever, I tried to call his cell around 8:10,& 10:15AM, both no one answer. I left messages for him to prepare to check the AC problem, not just to replace the condenser fan which may not be the problem. But he did not even want the engine started, no diagnostic check, no gauges hookup, he just replaced the condenser fan, and did not have any tools to do anything else. The end result for the service call, my AC still put out warm and cold air intermittently, same problem like before the call, and I got a new condenser fan for $212.
