Rob was very professional and went straight to work when he arrived. I told him what I was experiencing and he insisted on test driving and then confirmed what the problem was. My car is now driving great! i will definitely recommend this mechanic.
Wow, Dellano to the rescue! My car died on me yesterday after one of the other YM’s guys dealt with it and I had to get it towed back home. I immediately scheduled follow-up service with Dellano but he was booked up until Thursday evening. I was pissed but customer service explained my situation to him and he came to fix my car less than 24 hours later. He talked to me on the phone for over 20 minutes before he headed my way, listened to my concerns and explained what he was going to fix. I’m extremely grateful for his professionalism and how quick he got it done (was at my house less than 1 hour) and he made sure to follow behind me for several miles after fixing it to make sure all was well. I will definitely get more work done with him in the future! Thanks much 😃
Eric seemed a bit hesitant to speak at first and then he tried to get out of doing the diagnostic because I mentioned taking it to a Chevy dealer at some point soon. Finally after explaining the car issues and what I wanted done, he fiddled around and did the test. When he was finished, he explained the codes showing up and was eager to send for a $500 quote for services I did not need or ask for. So I quickly remedied that and made him send me an updated quote with only what needed to be fixed which was significantly less. As a first time customer of YourMechanic, the whole appointment did not sit right with me. The professionalism was vacant as he kept taking phone calls and had a child sitting in his car waiting on him. And not even 3 hours after he touched my car, my car stopped on me and I had to have it towed back to my house. Customer service was worthless, of course all the mechanics were booked and no one could get to me yesterday to fix it. Needless to say, I would proceed with EXTREME caution using YourMechanic services. I’d rather pay more money for the professionalism and workmanship of a real shop. Absolutely disgusted with the LACK of customer service I received.
