He was friendly and professional.
I callled in for a check in my hood because it pops open when driving. Booked appointment for inspection of hood. DID NOT GET ANY DEFINITIVE ANSWER ON WHAT WAS THE PROBLEM. Just suggested to replace the parts that i was questioning one by one. 2 stars based on lateless to appointment, no fix to issue, LEAVING MY HOOD LATCH WIRE UNHOOKED!!! and to restate another comment not friendly/ courteous at all.
