Julio went out of his way to help me out with a few problems that I had with my cars. My oil filter was put on too tight by the last oil change from Jiffy Lube, so Julio had to take a lot of time to take off the fixture the filter holder was bolted to and he was then able to get the filter off. Good job by Julio and YourMechanic.

Included in the service came a 50-point inspection. I don't know whether this was carried out or not; but if it was, I received no information about the diagnostic (except that everything was good). I would've liked to hear more about that inspection. Other than that, thank you, Julio! Great job; really.

Perfectly on time, performed the work in only 30 minutes, gave advice on future repairs, and was extremely professional! Would definitely work with again. A+++

I am very impressed with the service that Julio gave us. He was early and finished very quickly. The fuel filter needed to be changed, but was not the car's issue. Julio immediately knew that we needed a locksmith to repair the key so the car would start. Thanks Julio!

There was a mixup on what coupon and it's value but you did shocked it, still a little scary though.

Great experience

Very professional, quick service. I had a concern about a loud squeak after the service and Julio answered by call, questions and offered to call the head office for advice on how to follow up. He stayed in contact with me with any information I needed. The noise stopped quickly after but Julio was very helpful in calming my concerns.

He replaced my front rotors and brake pads and looked over everything. Was quoted about $350 at Firestone and a 2-3 hour wait, Julio was in-and-out in less than an hour, communicative, reliable, would definitely recommend. Thanks, Julio :)

Julio did a really good job under really bad weather, great mechanic

Julio arrived early and went right to work. He pointed out an additional problem which I suspected existed. He got a quote update and went to get the additional parts and still finished the job in the estimated time. I am extremely pleased with the work Yourmechanic has done on 3 jobs.

We assumed squealing was coming from rear brakes, new rear pads were installed but brakes still squeal. His report mentions "warped rotors" but he did not offer that as a fix. Now, my step daughter just called to tell me she had to pull over the to side of the road in the rain because her rear wheel was about to fall off due to the lug nuts being loose - they apparently were not snugged down after the brake job. Nice.

Had EXCELLENT rating been available, Julio would have received that rating. He was early (huge help) and diagnosed the issues very quickly and updated me. I think he did a superb job and would recommend him extremely competent, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. AWESOME!!!

Wow! I didn't know there was a such thing as mobile mechanics, but I am so glad that I came across YourMechanic. The services are great, my mechanic, Julio Martinez, is awesome. He has a great personality and attitude.
