William is not just a great mechanic but a great person. He came out on a Sunday and diagnosed my car. After I explained to him how important it was to me that my car was repaired ASAP, he opened up his availability so he could come back out the following two days; he always takes that extra step to help you out. He does a great job of explaining to you exactly what is going wrong with your vehicle, which I appreciated. Overall if you are looking for speedy service with a positive attitude I highly recommend him.
