This was my first time using a mechanic online, I have to say I was pleasantly surprised that my mechanic Steve arrived early and went straight to work. He did a great job, and I will use him again.

Steven contacted me and offered to come early to perform the repairs. While doing his initial inspection, Steven discovered my rear brakes needed to be replaced and suggested replacing a couple belts sine he was replacing the water pump. Steven picked up the additial parts and returned to perform the work. Steven completed the repairs in a timely fashion and re-inspected the repairs followed by a test drive. Very seamless transaction and I would highly reccomend.

Wow what a great resource to have Steven come out and check out a used RAV4 before buying it for my daughter. Steven gave me everything I needed to get an additional 15% off the price, saved me $1,250!

Steve was very knowledgeable on what he does. He came on time on his first day. The next day, he called me an hour beforw his scheduled time to let me know that he will be stopping by at the car dealer to pick up the parts to be used for my car so he gave me a heads up that he might be late. He communicates well with me and my husband before, during and after my appointment. The office though messed up with ordering the parts so Steve was not able to complete the job on the first appointment. The office was nice enough to give me $credit for the inconvenience and I was happy about it. If not for that mistake, I would have rated my overall experience the highest score.

Steven was amazing and professional and if there some reason I will come back. My first appointment was cancelled and I was not properly notified and I was going to a ask for a refund on my groupon as that was not professional. But Steven gave me such good service that I will keep using this company add long as he is my mechanic.
