I was a little nervous about having a mechanic come to my home and work on my vehicle, but I was pleasantly surprised with the whole experience. Joseph Jock is a Rockstar Mechanic!! Arrived on time, replaced everything on the list and then some. The wrong part was accidentally ordered, but no problem for Mike and Andrea at yourmechanic.com. They resolved the issue without charging me more than quoted even though the part and labor was more expensive. Joseph drove over 60 miles roundtrip to pick up the right part and install it. Overall the service was very helpful and the representatives are very professional in answering questions and defusing calls when the client is upset. I spoke with Michael Gejida today and he was very helpful in sending me an e-mail copy of my receipt.

I have no complaints with Joseph at all whatsoever. He was always on time and was a very neat guy overall and he answered any questions I had, even about another car he wasn't scheduled to service. I was very pleased with my experience with him, and will definitely be working with him again.

What more can I say? He arrived on time, performed the repairs correctly (taking the time to explain what he was doing as he went along), and left my garage as clean as it was when he arrived. We have four cars in the family, and three of them have now been serviced by Your Mechanic. The fourth car is with my daughter at college in Wisconsin, but when she comes home next May Joseph will be the one to check it out and to bring it back up to par.

Joseph was awesome. Your Mechanic the company was an awful experience. there is quite a bit of work for you to do on the customer experience.

Very friendly, let me watch as he performed the maintenance. Job was done in under 45 minutes which was fantastic. He even stuck around to let me test out the car, to make sure my misfire issue was alleviated.
