Mr Jordan explained every step He made to insure that I understood what needed to be done and why. In the privacy of my garage. Jordan showed up at exactly the time of our appt...he did call and say he was available to come early but I was at work. It was extremely cold out but he did not complain was pleasant friendly and a great conversationalist. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and over all was fantastic!!
