Julio, what can I say. A true gem and professional that helped me the whole way as I struggled with getting my 2000 Ford Mustang brakes, rotors, and calipers replaced for an affordable price. He was kind, honest, and fast. Being a start-up, YourMechanic is still lacking in their process and procedures, especially when it comes to notifying you to what parts you'll actually need to complete the whole job. Luckily, Julio was able to walk me through all the necessary parts and the job was done with perfection. Couldn't have asked for better service from Julio, and YM customer support hopefully took my verbal feedback to help ensure that YM stays around for decades to come.
