Great experience. I had ordered the wrong part originally (the Buick engine is crazy, what I thought was the front was actually the side. Go figure. That's why my battery is under the passenger seat in the back.) Anyway, Ben rescheduled the appt and he called me to let me know that he had the correct parts. He showed up on time (a little early) at my work-site. He is very professional and took the time to show me the malfunctioned parts. The quote was perfect. I had checked at a couple of garages beforehand and the price was a couple of hundred higher. I need a couple of other things done and will defiantly be scheduling with Ben again!!

Communication prior to arrival was great. Notified when he was on his way and again when he had arrived. His OBD did a good job of reading codes and gave failures that AutoZone did not. He is friendly and knows what he is doing. I have already recommended him to several others. My only complaint is that (and this is nothing to do with ben) it has been 6 days now and I have yet to receive a quote from the office.

Ben is awesome! Came in replaced both my radiator hoses. Quick, right on time and did excellent work. Great communication leading up to when he came out - we were texting back and forth the day before because I provided the parts so wanted to make sure I had all that he needed. Will recommend to everyone I know. Plus he came out to my house which was awesome. Did not have to leave my car at the shop all day or anything like that. Simple job - took an hour and my car is all set and good to go! Honest dude.
